Victoria Chen leads Sterling & Associates' trial and appellate practice. With over 60 first-chair jury trials to verdict, Victoria has earned an uncompromising reputation among state and federal judges for her forensic courtroom precision and mastery of jury psychology.
Prior to joining the firm, Victoria spent seven years as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office, where she led complex securities fraud task forces and received the Department of Justice Director's Award for Superior Performance.
Her practice encompasses bet-the-company commercial disputes, patent litigation, non-compete enforcement, and shareholder derivative lawsuits. She is frequently retained by opposing firms when they face trial conflicts of their own.
Victoria is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers—an honor reserved for the top 1% of trial attorneys in North America.
